Our Executive Associate was responsible for time blocking for the CEO, preparation for all responsibilities, project management / goal tracking, filtering communication, relaying communication and ensuring all work was value appropriate of his time.

The EA went where the CEO did all times, the EA was accessible at all times to the client & was able to pivot to any problem or responsibility of the client.

The EA had to be present to tend to what was urgent in the moment but able to produce work that the CEO would need in the future.

Created a recruitment subsidiary, that hired recruiters to locate new sales staff for the firm. Subsequently managed the recruiters and their pipelines.

Created proprietary software to increase loan conversions upon presenting product options. The software would present specific mortgage options and break down the figures to be easily digested.

Managed multiple recruiting avenues for the client such as LOignite- our subsidiary recruiters, external third party recruiters, and internal recruitment model that empowered our own branch managers to recruit.

Over 100 candidates actively in the pipeline at any given time, in which we would execute introductory recruitment meeting before passing along to executive team and facilitating the rest of the meetings.

Ensured company and CEO was spotlighted in news articles, attended important industry events and promoted company image.

Including executing podcast episodes, executed social media for his personal brand as well as for the firm (static posts, carousels, skit videos, recruitment videos).

We ensured that his personal brand was synced with the firm’s brand and content was synchronized.

Utilized by over 100+ sales people across the country, we worked with Salesforce to develop their platform. On top of basic CRM features, we developed pipelines for the sales staff to monitor and manage their deals.

Created a dashboard which allowed the CEO to monitor Sales, Operations, Personnel, and Financing metrics in real time.

Utilizing Power BI, we built a system that allowed the client to have great insight, create useful productivity reports and share data with managers to steer company procedures.

With a staff of 400 + we ensured the culture of the company was reflected in that of the employees. Conducted reviews, alleviated staff issues, and recruited new hires.
